Mai.studio
mai.studio is my personal brand, a design and video editing studio created to turn ideas into identities and storytelling with personality. The branding project was an inward exercise: defining who I am as a professional, what I want to deliver and how I want to be remembered.
I started with the name: mai.studio comes from a play on my surname, Maia, and the English 'my', the idea of something that is mine and, at the same time, made for you. From there, I built an identity that balances the professional and the playful: a palette of vibrant green and yellow with black and off-white, cursive type with an organic stroke for the logotype, and a visual language that leans on humor and self-irony.

The hardest part of creating your own brand is the lack of distance, when the client is yourself, every decision turns personal. I had to treat myself as I'd treat any client: with a brief, a concept and criteria. The result is a flexible, recognizable identity that works across many environments and translates the way I work, light in communication, serious in delivery.
